The rooms are too small. The mattress was too old. Only one chair and one sofá. Shoddy amenities. Closed spa. No pool. All the gimn machines were unpluged. the internet expensive and only for one computer. No value for the money.

Size of the rooms, location close to Avenida Paulista, safe environment.
The lobby is a bit empty and breakfast could have more choices.

The rooms are very quiet and the location of the hotel is great.
I certanly dislike that they retain me the credit I signed out in the initial voucher for more than a week, I actually had to claim for the credit and I still don't know If they are going to pay me, so for the next time be sure that they remove the credit they reserved in the pre authorized voucher.

The hotel itself is peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely view from our room thanks to the kind staff who fulfilled our request. Good size of apartments in a location quiet enough for peace yet close to good restaurants and shopping. Also a decent gym compared to most Paulista hotels. Good internet connection also. Not luxurious and TV had bad reception on over half of channels, but everything was functional, clean, and well-laid-out. KLM flight crews stay here also. I would not say that the Value/cost is any better than average.
No heating in the apts., Just cooling. Had to request extra blanket for a few cold nights.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and liked that they had a Christmas tree in the lobby, which made the place feel festive. the breakfast spread was also impressive with plenty of food options to choose from. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and great restaurants that are within walking distance.
Our overall experience. Our room was poorly maintained and the bathroom was in need of repairs.

It wasn't expensive, the location is excellent and the hotel is very clean and cool. They don't charge for parking your car on their parking lot. This wasn't on the hotel's description on Booked.net.
